How do I make a selection when replacing an air cylinder with an electric cylinder?

  推力是第一要考虑的要素,一般气缸的输出力可以通过查询表格得到。下面是常用的气缸的推力表格,一般取0.6Mpa即可。此表中输出力的单位是N,如果换算成Kg约等于除以10即可。

  例如客户使用的是125的气缸,在0.6Mpa的时候推力大约为7360N,大约推力为736kg,可以选择上海问得XL1-80或XL1-100的电缸。

  速度是第二需要考虑的要素,一般100以下的气缸最大速度为400mm/s,超过100的速度可以按300mm/s计算。

  那么通过查询表格可知,选择2kw的伺服电机,推力可达600kg, 速度可达250mm/s,基本可以满足要求。如果可以降低推出速度,可以选择更小的电机加减速机的方式。
