  电缸和直线模组作为两种常用的直线运动控制元件,在气动的设计中,电缸相当于气缸,而直线模组则相当于无杆气缸。所以,从定位上电缸一般用于顶出,推出等动作,直线模组用于平移载动物体滑行。

  其实无论电缸还是直线模组,他的驱动都是滚珠丝杆,丝杆是一种将旋转运动变更为直线运动的一个部件,丝杆的推力输出和供给部分的扭矩相关,也和丝杆的导程相关。

  推力的公式具体为: 推力P=2πηT/L 其中T 为扭矩,单位取N.m L为导程,单位取m η 为效率,单位取0.9
