This assembly line is an engine rocker arm assembly line composed of multiple positions, divided into small links of large links, small links using manual flow, large links (part of the product) using times the speed chain flow.         Automatic press-fitting equipment for steel balls and plugs, with automatic loading and feeding of steel balls. Press-fitting adopts pressure and displacement control to prevent pressure leakage, pressure failure caused by too much pressure and too little pressure, and pressure failure caused by too deep and too shallow press-fitting position. The press-fitting separated pneumatic-hydraulic pressurizing cylinder is beautiful, low noise and high pressure.
        Airtightness test equipment, using compressed air on the product leakage test, is an important way of dry test of automotive parts, dry test has the advantage of not secondary pollution of the product and can realize automated testing. The tester adopts ATEQ's sealing leakage tester.
        Manual presses with displacement and pressure control combine the smoothness of manual press fitting with the error-proofness of automatic press fitting. The press utilizes a Japanese NAKA press with high precision. The material error-proofing is a kind of material box with sensing and indication developed by Shanghai Inquirer. It can realize the control of the sequence in the assembly process and achieve the function of error prevention.

        The partially assembled product is automatically transported to the next partially assembled station through the assembly line, and the whole product assembly is completed. The assembly line is equipped with error-proof function for the whole assembled products. At the back end of the assembly line, final inspection and packing can be carried out.
        Adopting Panasonic's vision sensors for final inspection after part assembly, analyzing the features that need to be prevented from errors during the whole assembly process to ensure that every part is qualified.
